Accessibility Statement
Vault Studios is committed to providing an accessible experience for everyone—on our website, in our services, and in our learning spaces. We work to ensure our digital content is usable by people with diverse abilities, including those who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, and other assistive technologies.
Our accessibility goals
We aim to follow best practices and relevant accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as we continue improving the site.
What we’re doing
We regularly review our website and content to improve accessibility, including:
-
Designing pages with clear structure and readable text
-
Supporting keyboard navigation where possible
-
Providing text alternatives for images when appropriate
-
Using captions or transcripts for video/audio content when available
-
Working to reduce barriers as we update and publish new content
Need help or found an issue?
If you have trouble accessing anything on our site or want content in an alternative format, we want to help. Please contact us and include:
-
The page URL (if relevant)
-
A brief description of the issue
-
The assistive technology you’re using (optional)
.
Third-party content
Some pages may include third-party tools (embedded video players, ticketing, maps, social media, etc.) that we don’t fully control. When those tools create barriers, we’ll help provide an accessible workaround when possible.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is a continuous project, not a one-time checkbox. We welcome feedback and use it to prioritize future updates.
